Mission Control

Captain’s Chair

View of Queen Bed over cab.

What we have lovingly named the Apprentice Seat. It sits up, directly behind the captain’s chair and swivels.

Dinette. Easily breaks down to make a bed.

Sofabed. Slide-out is pulled in.

Kitchen area. Note: the coffee maker has since been removed and the oven door handle has completely come off.

Dometic 3 way fridge (AC/DC/Gas). It will automatically switch to AC or back to Gas or DC when shore power is connected or disconnected and has indicator lights to let you know which is currently in use and buttons to manually switch it between them if you need to.

View from dinette, looking back. Slide-out is pulled in.

Looking back from the cab. Dinette on left. Sofabed on right. Slide-out is out.

Looking forward from the hallway. Slide-out is out. You can just see the edge of the sofabed on the left.  Small child not included.

View into bathroom. Shower on the left.

Shower, shower skylight, towel cabinet on left.

Thetford RV toilet. To the right is the second door to the bathroom.

Bathroom has double doors and both open into hallway to crate a larger space. Here only the second door is opened.

This view is of the back bedroom, taken from the hallway. There is cabinetry above the bed. A small closet on either side of the bed. Also cabinetry to the left of the bed. Windows are at the back and on either side.
There is 1-2 feet of walking space around the sides and foot of the bed. The entrance is past the bathroom, from the hallway. It is an extremely difficult space to photograph.

Back window, and wall sconce (now black). Where the wall sconce is hanging is the side of the right closet.

Facing back, this is the left side window. Shelving and cabinetry touch the floor.

Hello, I have a few questions about your motor home.
    1. How many batteries and how old.
    2. How old is the veg oil conversion and what brand
    3. Do all the systems work
    4. What shape are the tires in
    5. Any more pictures. specifically of living room with slide out out.
    6. Is the fridge 2 way or 3 way
Think that’s it for now, Thanks.

  2. Shannon says:

May I ask why you’re selling? Also, where is the RV located?

    Thanks. : )

  3. Heather says:

Shannon we are selling because we are looking to upgrade to something bigger for our family. The RV is located on Vashon Island.

  4. Heather says:

    1. How many batteries and how old.
There are 2 batteries up front for the engine, one is brand new.
We recently upgraded the two 12v batteries to 2 new 6 volt batteries for the house. You get a lot more juice out of 6v batteries.

    2. How old is the veg oil conversion and what brand
It is an improved greasecar conversion that was done this past spring/early summer. Right now we need to replace the filter housing and then give it a test run before I can say with complete confidence that it is a good working system.

    3. Do all the systems work
Everything in it works great, except that the vegetable oil conversion is yet to be tested. It will be tested before sale.

    4. What shape are the tires in
The tires are in excellent shape, and valve extensions have been put in on the dualies

    5. Any more pictures. specifically of living room with slide out out.
We will get you a picture of the slide out within a few days. Please specify anything else you’d like to see and we’ll do them at the same time.

    6. Is the fridge 2 way or 3 way
It is a 3 way fridge (AC/DC/Gas). It will automatically switch to AC or back to Gas or DC when shore power is connected or disconnected and has indicator lights to let you know which is currently in use and buttons to manually switch it between them if you need to.

    Hi
Do you have all the books and paperwork on the motorhome? Are they day and night shades? What size awning? How long have you owned it? Thanks Diana

  6. Heather says:

Yes, we have all the books and paperwork.

I assume you mean the window shades. They are cellular shades. You cannot see inside the RV at night with the shades pulled.

We have owned it since January 2011.

Not sure on the awning size. Will measure it tomorrow.

  7. Ray says:

does your motorhome have enough power to pull an 18′ boat?
what kind of mileage does the powerstroke get?
Does the engine have a turbocharger?

  8. Mike Mattox says:

I would like to see the answers to ray’s questions. I currently have a ford diesel truck and we are looking to move up to a motorhome with a diesel engine in it. I currently pull a 25 foot trailer and get 12 mpg. Your motorhome looks pretty nice and I like the slide out, it gives it more room.
    Thanks for you time.

    Mike

  9. Heather says:

We towed a 6000lb truck to the east coast and back. We installed a temperature gauge on the transmission so we could monitor the temp while towing. Even through Snoqualmie or the bigger passes in Idaho and Montana the temperature never went up significantly on the transmission or engine.

Towing the truck through the mountains we got 9 mpg.

The engine does indeed have a turbocharger.

Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!

  10. Colin says:

Gas mileage when not towing 6000lbs? Thanks

  11. Heather says:

Unfortunately, we didn’t keep a log when we were not towing. Sorry!

  12. Terry Hall says:

I have an identical motorhome. See my blog above. I am wondering if you have any original papers such as a owners manul? I do not. If you do, would you be willing to copy or scan it for me? I would also be willing to share experiances.

    Thanks,
    Terry Hall

  13. Heather says:

I’ll pass on your info to my husband. :)

  14. Terry Hall says:

Heather, here is my personal email. Please email me and I will give you my phone number so we can talk. I would really like to have a copy of the owners manual so I can lean more about mine which is the same model as yours except I have a gas motor. I am in Oregon.
